About the Coach

Few things in life bring me more joy than helping people develop their life stories. Each coaching session is a blank page on which my clients get to craft their narratives, edit anything that feels out of alignment with their journey, and create outcomes that help them move through moments of indecision and self-doubt.

While I haven’t always known how I wanted to put it into practice, I have always known that I wanted to spend my time helping people. I started off as an Executive Assistant in the entertainment industry, and my favorite part of my job was when my coworkers would come talk to me about their work and career frustrations. It wasn’t until I spoke with a coach during a period in my life when I was feeling disenchanted with my own career that my path became clear. Having experienced firsthand how empowering coaching can be, I now hold the belief that everyone could benefit from having a coach to not only help them work through anything that may be holding them back but also hold them accountable to living a life that aligns with their own stated values and goals.

My leading values are growth, curiosity, kindness, and connection — values that I apply to all of my coaching sessions in order to create and hold space in which my clients can explore previously disjointed or misunderstood parts of themselves without judgement.
