About the Coach
Few things bring me more joy than helping people craft their stories. I see each coaching session as a blank page — a chance for my clients to pause, reflect, and rewrite the parts of their lives that no longer feel true to who they are. Together, we explore the crossroads of indecision and self-doubt, and begin shaping outcomes that feel aligned with their values and goals.
I built my career in industries that demanded resilience, precision, and people-first leadership — from supporting executives in entertainment to leading HR strategy at a financial technology firm. I was proud of the impact I made, yet what energized me most were the conversations with colleagues: listening to their challenges, helping them unlock new perspectives, and encouraging them to take steps toward what they truly wanted. When I eventually worked with a coach myself, I experienced just how transformative it can be to have someone help untangle thoughts and reflect them back with clarity. That clarity shifted everything, and set me on the path I’m on today.
Today, my coaching is grounded in four guiding values: growth, kindness, curiosity, and connection. These values shape the way I listen, ask questions, and create a space where clients feel safe enough to explore the parts of themselves they’ve ignored, misunderstood, or pushed aside — always without judgment.
I hold a B.S. from Stanford University, a C.P.C. from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, and a SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management.
